A public comment speaker during last night’s Seneca City Council meeting implored the mayor and council to be mindful of the need for access to restrooms at the “CAT”Main Streetstop. Especially, Kevin Larkin said, if the city’s venture into all-electric buses brings attracts visitors from the outside. Larkin quoted a recent article in The Journal, quoting bus riders saying they need access to bathrooms at the stop.
