City of Seneca invites everyone to the re-scheduled groundbreaking ceremony of the new Hampton Inn and Suites. It’ll take place at the E. N. 1st Street site, starting at 5 this afternoon. Immediately afterward, city council will move to City Hall for its 6 o’clock regular October meeting.
