South Carolina House Speaker Bobby Harrell will speak on this year’s Apple Festival Rotary Luncheon
The state leader who questions the governor’s plans for ethics reform will head the dais next month during the annual Rotary Apple luncheon Friday, September 7 in Westminster. Guest speaker will be S.C. House Speaker Bobby Harrell, Republican from Charleston and Dorchester. Luncheon tickets to hear Harrell are $15 and available at the Westminster Chamber of Commerce office and from any member of the Westminster Rotary Club.
