After today, you can call him Second Lieutenant Henry “Deek” Biemann. At Clemson University, this morning Biemann is scheduled to be commissioned as Second Lieutenant in the U-S Army. Biemann, who has made a four-year commitment to serve as an Army nurse, is awaiting orders. But, for the foreseeable future, he’ll able to continue his part-time service as a Walhalla city councilman.
