Oakland’s suspended Bartolo Colon
Bartolo Colon of the Oakland Athletics has been suspended for 50 games after testing positive for testosterone. It’s the second suspension for use of illegal performance enhancers levied by Major League Baseball in a week. Colon, who is 39, won the Cy Young Award in 2005, but has since struggled with elbow and shoulder injuries. San Francisco Giants outfielder Melky Cabrera was suspended just days ago.
