About one week after the crime, the police in Seneca have made an arrest in an incident in which a multi-level town home was burglarized on E. Perkins Creek Road. The man arrested, 41-year old David Barrett Temple, is accused of burglary first degree and grand larceny of a value between two and ten thousand dollars. The victim of the October 19 crime arrived home and, before anything else, noticed her door slightly opened and her vacuum cleaner missing. She immediately ran up stairs to discover her jewelry cabinet, which included a wallet containing $850 dollars, had been cleaned out. The police yesterday afternoon arrested Temple at an address on Mountain View Drive.
