Seneca, SC – Andrew “Andy” Smith Dreher, 69, of Belvedere Commons and formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at his residence.
There will be no formal services. Memorials in his memory may be to a charity of one’s choice.
