The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office said two children who were abducted early Thursday morning are safe. Investigators said 5-year-old Dennis Matthew Penny III and 2-year-old Grace Elizabeth Penny were abducted the Mount Croghan area of Chesterfield county at about7:30 a.m. The suspect , 37-year-old Dennis Matthew Penny II, was arrested. No specific information on the arrest or the recovery of the children was provided.
