A bolt of lightning from the summer sky caused computer and other problems last month for Oconee County’s Coneross Wastewater Treatment Plant at Seneca. Bob Winchester, executive director, told the Joint Regional Sewer Authority commissioners last night that a yard light appears to have been the conduit for the strike. An insurance claim has been filed.
