The man who heads South Carolina’s military department, Adjutant General Robert Livingston Jr., will keynote the 2013 Jake Robinson Law Enforcement Dinner Monday in Seneca. Carlton Patterson of the Seneca American Legion Post 120 says all law enforcement officers are invited to enjoy a fish fry during a dinner meeting to begin at 7 o’clock at the Legion Hut on N. Fair Play Street. At the meeting, Sara Johannes will read her oratorical essay.
