Smack in the middle of the public school year, students are beginning a new calendar year. Oconee Superintendent Dr. Mike Lucas is extending best wishes to students for 2013. In his morning blog, Lucas says, “As we begin a new calendar year, let’s not forget that our most important duty is to help our students believe in the beauty of dreams.”
