Seneca’s WSNW radio wants to extend its reach over the airwaves, and the city is willing to cooperate. During a special meeting, the city council last night gave unanimous consent to negotiate an agreement in which the radio station, headquartered on Ramcat Alley, may place an antenna on the city’s water tower on Waterworks Road, off By-Pass 123. That, says city administrator Greg Dietterick, will allow the station to extend its signal to Greenville. Council gave Dietterick or Mayor Dan Alexander authority to negotiate the deal and sign it.
